CDEX Inc. has come up with a device which could potentially give sleepless nights to many of our friendly drug dealers. The handheld ‘hairdryer’ look alike is termed as The Meth Gun and is known to use spectroscopy to identify traces of illegal drugs.
In other words once the gun is aimed at something it emits a small amount of UV radiation which in turn makes METHAMPHETAMINE and other illegal substances to illuminate in the UV glow. So, even the smallest trace of an illegal substance would be highlighted by this wonder-gun.
It still has to go through a series of tests and red tapes before it can be induced by the cops for some real life action. Priced around $10,000, it is not meant for guys like us to check our pockets for some leftovers.
