What is it you decide but it is called the world’s first amphibious human-powered tallbike/ paddleboat.
I don’t even know whether it will stay afloat or sink but I will hate to try it.
The idea is wacky at its best and what will be its usage ask NASA or CIA for that. How far a man can go paddling depends on the fitness but once you get tired you will have to radio in coast guards to get you out of sea to dry land.
